Specifically, who would be able to extract it for me and where would I get the proper preservation fluids? I don’t think a funeral home would be able to because there are laws that govern what they can and can’t do. I doubt the vet would either.
I want my cat’s brain before I have her cremated. I can only have her in cold storage until Tuesday. I know it’s morbid but I have my own reasons.
Read please, I don’t want to remove it myself. I need to find someone else who could do it.

Any vet will, for a fee, remove the brain for you and put it in a preservative. I don’t understand why everybody is so upset about this. Afterall, the cat will already be dead and it won’t care.
