I would like to make my own dry cat food. I have a recipes for the basic foundation, but would like a little specifics. My cats have skin issues and digestive issues (they act bulimic, always barfing after they eat and they don’t chew it). Urinating and bowels seem okay. I know they need Brewer’s yeast and lots of protein, but what else can I provide in their food that would be beneficial for them? Does anyone have any good recipes for making dry cat food? How about wet cat food?

NEVER give a cat dry food it can wreck his liver, get canned or pouched food with as little cereal and grains in it as possible , those crooked vets make a huge profit and commission from recommending and selling dry food, if you look on the pack it says you must ensure the animal gets plenty to drink that’s because it will wreck his kidneys and liver if it doesn’t, have you ever tried to make an unwilling cat drink? dry food is packed with cereal and preservatives , there is plenty of information about this all over the internet, it is notorious for causing what you describe – skin problems , vomiting, diarrhea , dandruff and kidney problems
