I have heard of organizations that offer fixing of animals for liek $ 20-$ 25 dollars. We rescued 3 kittens and just don’t have the $ $ to spend (took them to the vet and it will be $ 200 a piece for having them fixed and declawed). Does anyone know where I can get this done? I live in York, PA and can go as far as Balimore, MD or Harrisburg, PA to find someone. Thanks!
I see a great deal of people are against declawing- I have had kittens in the past- all declawed and have had no issues, but I do see where you are coming with your stand on the issues and I thank you for your opinion- however in the 6 months I have had them they have tore apart a couch and a chair and some pillows and even pulled pieces of my carpeting out. I rather have them declawed and let them have the run of the house than to have to either cage them during the day (which no cat should ever be) or have to keep them in one room with the furniture they have already ruined. And yes I have clipped their nails even bought those little plastic tip things to put over them but they still manage to shred everything- even the nice little kitty tree/house I bought.

I would check with a vet school. many universities have them and alot of two year schools have vet tech programs
